College football scores, schedule, NCAA top 25 rankings, today’s games: Georgia and Michigan in early action

Another Saturday of action-packed college football is on deck with all but one of the teams ranked in the PA’s top 25 teams in action in Week 4. Among the action will be three games between the ranked teams , including a pair of SEC matchups as conference play begins to heat up across the country.

Saturday’s first window features two ACC ranked teams battling it out as No. 5 Clemson travels to No. 21 Wake Forest for a clash of undefeated teams. The SEC on CBS Game of the Week at 3:30 p.m. ET presents us with Tennessee’s No. 11 hosting Florida’s No. 20 as one of the league’s most bitter rivalries takes center stage. Meanwhile, Arkansas’ No. 10 and Texas A&M’s No. 23 renew their old Southwest Conference rivalry inside AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas in the evening window.

There are many other key scenarios to watch in between. No. 4 Michigan could be tested for the first time this season against undefeated Maryland, and No. 3 Ohio State hosts Wisconsin in a crucial prime-time Big Ten battle. As the first weeks of the season have shown, the only predictable thing about college football is that it’s unpredictable. This schedule looks set to deliver more September drama.
